If you're seeking support on your path to personal growth or navigating emotional challenges and uncertainties, I encourage you to reach out. My mission is to help individuals from young adulthood through later life find deeper satisfaction and meaning.
When you work with me, you'll have a compassionate and collaborative partner to help guide you through life's complexities, major transitions, and the unpredictability of aging. Together, we'll focus on goals that truly matter to you.
I've supported adults facing a broad spectrum of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, and co-occurring disorders. I also have interests in how mental health, nutrition and fitness interact and can influence our day-to-day well-being.
You deserve support that feels safe, respectful, and unjudged. Iām here to listen and help you discover ways to move through challenges, rebuild, grow, and flourish.
During our time together, I will bring warmth and gentle humor, tailoring each interaction by using a blend of solutions-based skills, acceptance strategies, and cognitive-behavioral methods to help you enhance your inner peace, cultivate resilience, and achieve meaningful growth.
